THE NEXT STEP AUDITION WORKSHOP
…an entirely new exploration of the audition experience for actors.
New York Casting Associates Justin Huff, CSA, Nikole Vallins, and Adam Caldwell, CSA, are excited to announce new dates for The Next Step Audition Workshop. Over the course of seven workshop sessions we will explore a variety of audition situations with an exclusive group of 10 actors. Our material and curriculum will be determined by individual needs, and every actor will get personalized attention during each session. We will pool our knowledge and experience to offer practical insight as we focus with you on your specific concerns and questions, or guide you through auditions for open calls, musicals, plays, and on-camera (film, television, and/or commercials). Your work will be video taped so that you can watch yourself and learn to objectively analyze what you do during your auditions. Expect honest, yet constructive criticism to help you better understand the art of auditioning and the casting perspective. We want to push you in new directions, offer you a new appreciation for the industry, break bad habits, empower you to feel good about your work, and have fun with us!
